Delegates, please complete the registration form (so we make sure that know who you are). We will use this information to email your invoice to you.
Reductions
The basic conference fees is US $500. The following fee reductions reflect the vision that the conference is a cooperative effort. (For that
reason, these reductions are not transferable.)
Therefore, for delegates who author a paper, served as a reviewer, and arrange for their conference fee payments to arrive by March 15, the conference registration fee is just US$365.
Free
Spending Money
It pays to promote the conference among your colleagues. When delegates
register, they can designate an individual who encouraged their attending the
conference. For each person who designates you, you will receive
£5 in
spending money at the conference.
Add-On Fees
$75 Additional Paper Fee. There is an additional fee of US $75 if you author or
present a more than one paper. If your co-author (if any) is also a delegate and does
not have another paper, this fee is waived. The idea here is that the
basic conference fee pays for publishing one paper per delegate.
$50 Optional Formatting Fee. We expect everyone to provide a properly formatted paper. If you have more money than time, we will hire someone to format your paper to specifications for you, for a fee of US $50 per paper.
Your Registration Fee Provides You...
Weasel Words
All delegates must register and pay by May 31. For a paper to appear in the proceedings (web and CD), at least one author must register and pay their registration fee by March 15. For a paper to appear in the schedule, at least one author must register and pay their registration fee by May 1.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing. Delegates canceling their registration prior to March 15 will receive a full refund (minus a $25 administration fee). Any delegate canceling from March 15 until April 15 will receive a refund of 75% of their fees (minus a $25 administration fee). While cancellations after April 15 cannot be refunded, the delegate may substitute another to take his or her place. [The reason for these requirements is that we need to order and pay for food, printed material, formatting of papers, CD replication, and other items well in advance of the conference. The conference pays for these, whether or not you attend.] Should a delegate be unable to attend, we will send the conference materials via airmail for an additional $50 shipping and handling fee.
Delegates are responsible for obtaining their own visa, securing their own accommodations, and paying their own expenses.
