Number of guest lunches ($15 each) for your guests (each guest each day). Your lunches are included in your registration fee.

 
$60 cost of each banquet guest. Your banquet is included in your registration fee.  
$50 formatting fee
 (to have us to format your paper)		  
$75 fee for presenting and publishing an additional paper
Registration includes one paper's fees.
